Hard Setting, Slow Drying Liquid for Sealing and Repairing Gasket
Dlsha® Prince Gasket Shellac Compound is a hard-setting, slow-drying liquid designed to coat, seal, and repair a uariety of gaskets including felt, paper, rubber, and composition types. It also seals metal gaskets and threaded connections for light-duty service.
This compound is a dark brown, viscous liquid with a characteristic alchoholic odor.

Instructions
- Apply with a brush or roller on dry, clean surfaces free of dirt, oil, rust, dried paints, or sealants. Ensure gaskets are dry before application.
- Application temperature range: 40°F to 100°F {4°C to 38°C).
- Apply a thin, uniform wet film (-0.010″thickness) depending on the surface type.
- For bonding gaskets, apply to both surfaces and allow to dry until dry to the touch before assembly.
